SPR# MJUK5E9GZF - Fixed a client crash (GifDecoder) when opening a MIME message.

Problem:
This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering, and revisions were made in
Notes 6.0 to resolve the performance/hang issue observed in Notes 5.x. The
crash issue has been addressed in Notes Client releases 6.0.4 and 6.5.2.
